A full-featured tool for offline mapping is CmapTools.

One of the features that makes this tool special is that it allows you to create online maps and attach files or links to other websites, as well as share your maps over the Internet.

The main purpose of the CmapTools application is to stimulate cooperation and exchange of views in the creation of knowledge models (knowledge models), based on concept maps (cmaps). Navigation on the site of the program is carried out precisely on the concept map.

Working with the program is very convenient: each new box is generated by a simple click anywhere in the field. The box that appears already contains preforms under the arrows, which can be stretched to any point on the screen, where a new box will automatically appear. When you pull an arrow on it, a field is also automatically generated that needs to be filled in to determine the purpose of the link. Any box can be dragged and dropped on the working field. There are tools for scaling, formatting, etc.
