TuxGuitar is a program that people use for scoring and editing tablatures. Developed with the Java Programming language, this program can work with most kinds of audio extensions, including MIDI.
There are two ways for you to edit notes in this program: either in the program’s working area or an auxiliary Windows editor (such as a keyboard or a Matrix Editor). You may use it for sound editing, for adding effects, for reprising a song, for changing the pace, or shifting with the size, layering, or modifying the dynamics of a song.
You may also add lyrics or notes to the song, and the label system allows you to bookmark the desired section of a song. This is a useful feature if you want to add different effects or notes on a particular section. The fact that each label is marked with a different color also makes it easy for you to keep track of your progress with the sound editing.
You can play the sounds with or without a metronome, and you can learn how to use TuxGuitar with the help of the training mode. This training mode will accelerate the track gradually, according to the settings that have been previously specified.
